BACKGROUND
The appellant's invention relates to packaging for fiber glass rovings (specification,
p. 1). A copy of the claims under appeal is set forth in the appendix to the appellant's brief.
The prior art references of record relied upon by the examiner in rejecting the
appealed claims are:

Claims 18, 19, 21 to 30 and 33 to 37 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as
being unpatentable over PPG '913 in view of French '238.
Claims 31 and 32 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable
over PPG '913 in view of French '238 as applied to claim 18, and further in view of
PPG '972.
