Enclosed lens retroreflective sheetings and the use of glass beads to provide for reflexed light reflectors are described in . . . , the disclosures of which are incorporated by reference herein. Generally, enclosed lens retroreflective sheetings include, in order, an adhesive layer for application to a support such as a license plate blank, a specular reflective surface, a light transmitting spacing layer, and a monolayer of glass beads within a light transmitting resin layer.
