DECISION
The rejection of claims 18 through 21 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being
unpatentable over Keung in view of Encyclopedia of Polymer Science and Engineering,
Vol. 7, pp. 116-125 (1987) is reversed.
The decision of the examiner is reversed.
