CONCLUSION
The rejection of claims 1, 4, and 5 under 35 U.S.C. § 102(e) as being anticipated by
Yamamoto is reversed. The rejection of claims 1-7 under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as being unpatentable
over Connolly in view of Zievers is reversed, as well as the rejections of claims 8 and 9 under 35
U.S.C. § 103(a) as being unpatentable over Connolly in view of Zievers and, in addition, Bogart are
reversed.
