(Benton) 4,749,578 Jun. 7, 1988 All of the appealed claims stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable over Benton in view of Martin, Williams and Forkner. We refer to the brief and to the answer for a complete exposition of the opposing viewpoints expressed by the appellants and by the examiner concerning the above-noted rejection. OPINION For the reasons set forth below, this rejection cannot be sustained. Each of the independent claims on appeal requires adjusting the pH of the fluid mixture to between 7.5 and 9.5.
