COUNT UNDER 37 CFR § 1.662(a), judgement as to the subject matter
of Count I, is hereby entered against party Goulait, who is
therefore not entitled to a patent containing clams 1 to 8, which
correspond to the count. As a result, judgement as to the
subject matter of Count I, is awarded to party Provost, who is
therefore, on this record, entitled to a patent with claims 1 to
15, which correspond to the count.
