DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on appeal from the final rejection of
claims 10, 12, 13 and 15-20.
The invention is directed to a compact portable mobile
telephone and, more particularly, to a housing for such a
telephone, wherein the housing comprises a flap which has a
removable battery.
