Claims 1-38 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 112, ¶ 1, as nonenabled. Claims 1-35 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 102(b) as anticipated by U.S. Patent No. 4,918,614 ("Modarres") and by U.S. Patent No. 4,967,367 ("Piednoir"). The latter claims also stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 102(e) as anticipated by U.S. Patent No. 5,544,088 ("Aubertine").
