This is a decision on appeal from the examiner's final rejection of claims 1-3, 7,
8, 10-12, 16-22, 24, 25, 28-30, 32, 33 and 36-40. Claims 4-6, 9, 13-15, 23, 26, 27, 31,
34 and 35, the only other claims pending in the application, have been indicated by the
