A system comprising: a memory storing input image information; an undersampling circuit coupled to the memory and generating undersampled image information by undersampling the input image information stored in the memory; a spatial interpolation circuit coupled to the undersampling circuit and generating spatially interpolated image information in response to the undersampled image information generated by the undersampling circuit; and a temporal interpolation circuit coupled to the spatial interpolation circuit and generating temporally interpolated image information in response to the spatially interpolated image information generated by the spatial interpolation circuit. 177.
