for this theory. Moreover, be that as it may, the teachings of Spengler do not alleviate
the problems pointed out above with regard to Watt, and we will not sustain this
rejection of claims 3-7.
CONCLUSION
None of the other rejections are sustained.
The decision of the examiner is reversed.
