the standing rejection of claim 22.
Claim 23 depends from claim 22 and adds that the thickness of the resilient
sheet member is about 2mm. In this instance, our discussion supra in our treatment of
claim 3 applies. For the reasons explained in that discussion, we shall not sustain the
rejection of claim 23.
