DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134 from the
final rejection of claims 2-51. Claim 1 has been canceled.
We reverse.

"Spread Spectrum Transceiver," which is a division of Application
07/766,372, filed September 27, 1991, now U.S. Patent 5,210,770,
issued May 11, 1993.
