                     For the reasons cited above, the examiner has failed to adduce evidence                            
              sufficient to establish a prima facie case of obviousness of the subject matter of claim                  
              23.  Thus, we shall not sustain the rejection of claim 23 or claim 26 which depends from                  
              claim 23.
