CONCLUSION
To summarize, the decision of the examiner to reject claims 1 to 4, 6 to 11, 16 to

decision of the examiner to reject claims 1 to 4, 6 to 11, 47, 49 and 51 to 53 under
35 U.S.C. § 103 is reversed.
