The rejection of claims 1 through 5, 7, 9 through 12, 15, 18, 19 and 26 through 28
under 35 U.S.C. §102(e) as being anticipated by Kishii is affirmed.
The rejection of claims 6, 8, 13, 14, 17 and 20 through 22 under 35 U.S.C. §103(a)
as being unpatentable over Kishii is affirmed.
The decision of the examiner is affirmed.
No time period for taking any subsequent action in connection with this appeal may be
extended under 37 CFR § 1.136(a).
