                                      DECISION                                        
               The rejections of claims 1 and 4-8 under 35 U.S.C. §§ 102(b)           
          and 103 over Suzuki or JP ‘068 are reversed.  The rejection of              
          claims 9 and 10 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 over Kawasaki in view of              
          Suzuki is affirmed.                                                         
               No time period for taking any subsequent action in                     
          connection with this appeal may be extended under 37 CFR                    
          § 1.136(a).
