DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on appeal from the examiner's refusal to
allow claims 20-37 and 39-46, which are all of the claims pending
in this application.
BACKGROUND
Appellants' invention relates to an ingestible chewing gum,
method for making same and method for administering the gum to
animals. An understanding of the invention can be derived from a
reading of exemplary claims 20 and 33, which are reproduced
below.
