                                                     JUDGMENT                                                          
                    In view of the foregoing, judgment as to the subject matter of the count is hereby                 
             awarded to the senior party, KATSUTOSHI SASAKI, KAZUMI MIURA, NOBUO HANAI,                                
             and TATSUNARI NISHI, pursuant to 37 C.F.R. § 1.640.                                                       
                    Accordingly, on the present record, senior party KATSUTOSHI SASAKI,                                
             KAZUMI MIURA, NOBUO HANAI, and TATSUNARI NISHI are entitled to a patent                                   
             containing claims 2 and 23, corresponding to the count.                                                   
                    Judgment as to the subject matter of the count is awarded against junior party                     
             SHUNJI NATSUKA, KEVIN M. GERSTEN, and JOHN B. LOWE.                                                       
                    Accordingly, SHUNJI NATSUKA, KEVIN M. GERSTEN, and JOHN B. LOWE                                    
             are not entitled to a patent containing claims 24 and 25, corresponding to the count.
