Chu. Ching-Wu Chu is not entitled to a patent containing claims 5, 11, 12 and 14 of Application
07/163,956, filed March 3, 1988, which correspond to count 1.
Judgment as to count I is awarded in favor of Jagannatha Gopalakrishnan, Arthur W.
Sleight and Munirpallarn A. Subramanian. On the record before the United States Patent and
Trademark Office in this interference, Jagannatha Gopalakrishnan, Arthur W. Sleight and
Munirpallarn A. Subramanian are entitled to a patent containing claims 7, 8 and 14 of Application
07/528,270, filed May 24, 1990, which correspond to count 1.
