                                 DECISION ON APPEAL                                   
               This is a decision on appeal from the final rejection of               
          claims 2-7.                                                                 
               The invention is directed to a system for verifying whether            
          an object that has been transported to a destination has, in                
          fact, reached its intended destination.  A radio frequency
