                                 DECISION ON APPEAL                                   
               This is an appeal from the final rejection of claims 2                 
          through 17.                                                                 
               The disclosed invention relates to a magnetic body located             
          on one end of an endoscope, and to a method of magnetically                 
          navigating the endoscope.
