Appeal No. 2003-1459 Page 2 Application No. 09/534,469 BACKGROUND The appellant's invention relates to configuring imaging devices and purchasing such configured imaging devices (specification, p. 1). A copy of the claims under appeal is set forth in the appendix to the appellant's brief. The prior art references of record relied upon by the examiner in rejecting the appealed claims are: Camaisa et al. (Camaisa) 5,845,263 Dec. 1, 1998 Dockes et al. (Dockes) 5,974,004 Oct. 26, 1999 Claims 1 to 62 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable over Dockes.
