Furthermore, transmitting updates to the portable communication devices would require much bandwidth. (Id.) In view of the disadvantages of downloading functions assigned to a device's SLKs from an external switch, absent a persuasive explanation or showing of the desirability of such downloading, we are unpersuaded of a prima facie case of obviousness.
