DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on appeal from the Examiner’s final
rejection of claims 1-3, 5, 6, 13 and 14. Claims 4 and 7-12 have
been canceled.
We reverse.

foreign filing priority benefit under 35 U.S.C. § 119 of the Japanese
Application No. 09-228460, filed August 25, 1997.
