under 35 U.S.C. § 102(a) as being anticipated by Killinger is affirmed with respect to
claims 21 to 24 and 26 to 29 but reversed with respect to claims 1 to 8, 10 to 14 and 16
to 20; the decision of the examiner to reject claims 23 to 25, 29, 30 and 31 under
35 U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable over Killinger is reversed; and the decision of
the examiner to reject claims 3 to 6, 9 to 12, 15, 16 and 20 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as
being unpatentable over van Elten in view of Yuyama is reversed.
No time period for taking any subsequent action in connection with this appeal
may be extended under 37 CFR § 1.136(a).
