                                 DECISION ON APPEAL                                   
               This is a decision on an appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134 from             
          the examiner’s refusal to allow claims 1 through 4, which are all           
          of the claims pending in the above-identified application.

               Claims 1, 2 and 4 form a first group of claims, and                    
               claim 3 forms a second group of claims that stand or
