DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on appeal from the examiner's final
rejection of claims 1 through 14, all of the claims pending in
this application.
As noted on page 1 of the specification, appellants’
invention relates to absorbent garments of the type which are
fastened around a user’s waist, such as diapers for both
incontinence suffers as well as for baby/infant users, and
