In conclusion, based on the foregoing, the examiner's
rejection of claims 1, 2, 5-7, 9 and 23 is reversed, whereas the
rejection of claims 10-21 is sustained. Accordingly, the
examiner’s decision rejecting the appealed claims is affirmed in
part.
No time period for taking any subsequent action in
connection with this appeal may be extended under 37 CFR
§ 1.136(a).
