Claim 9 is readable on Uemura as follows: Electromagnetic actuator according to claim 7, wherein the first, conical and/or stepped pole face is situated at least partially within the coil (as shown in Figure 1 of Uemura, the tapered portion 3a of the inner yoke 3 is situated at least partially within the electromagnetic coil 5).
