CONCLUSION
In view of the foregoing, we affirm the examiner’s
decision rejecting claims 1, 3 through 5, and 13 through 18
under 35 U.S.C. § 103, but reverse the examiner’s decision
rejecting claims 6 through 10 under 35 U.S.C. § 103.
No time period for taking any subsequent action in
connection with this appeal may be extended under 37 CFR
§ 1.136(a).
