DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on appeal from the examiner's final rejection of claims 1-5,

BACKGROUND
The appellant’s invention relates generally to the field of casino gaming and more
particularly to an apparatus and method for verifying the identification of a die, to reduce
the probability of cheating. The method and apparatus utilize a die provided with a bar
