CONCLUSION
To summarize, the decision of the examiner to reject claims 1, 2, 5 to 12, 15 to
19, 22 and 24 to 28 under 35 U.S.C. § 102(b) is reversed and the decision of the
examiner to reject claims 3, 4, 13, 14, 20, 21 and 23 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 is reversed.
