the Section 102 rejection of claim 12, reads on the tool holder disclosed by Weller. The
argument advanced by the appellants with regard to claim 8 is the same as that which
we found not to be persuasive when considered against the rejection of claim 12 as
being anticipated by Weller. We find it equally unpersuasive here. The appellants
having not disputed the examiner’s combining of Jankowski with Weller, it is our
conclusion that the combined teachings of the references establish a prima facie case
of obviousness with regard to the subject matter recited in claim 8, and we will sustain
this rejection. It follows that we also will sustain the like rejection of claims 9-11, which
depend from claim 8, and which were not separately argued.
