          interference, U.S. Serial Number 08/472,117, and designated as              
          corresponding to Count 1.                                                   
               FURTHER ORDERED that if there is a settlement agreement, the           
          parties attention is directed to the requirements of 35 U.S.C.              
          135(c) and 37 C.F.R. § 1.666; and                                           
               FURTHER ORDERED that a copy of this judgment be filed in the           
          respective involved applications and patent of the parties.
