DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on an appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134
(2003) from the examiner’s final rejection of claims 1 through
4, 6 through 12, 14, 15, 17, and 19, which are all the claims
pending in the above-identified application.
The subject matter on appeal relates to a method for
manufacturing chewing gum (claims 1-4 and 6), a method for
