Appeal No. 2004-1928 Page 7 Application No. 09/796,375 The teachings of Roe are also sufficient to teach the following two more preferred embodiments: Diaper 3: A diaper having a length 115 in the range from 46.0 cm to 50.0 cm , the diaper further having the waist edge 59 of the absorbent core 28 in the first waist region 40 spaced from the adjacent end edge 46 of the diaper by a distance A of 1.5 cm and the other waist edge 59 of the absorbent core 28 in the second waist region 42 spaced from the adjacent end edge 46 of the diaper by a distance of 3A (i.e., 4.5 cm); and Diaper 4: A diaper having a length 115 in the range from 46.0 cm to 50.0 cm , the diaper further having the waist edge 59 of the absorbent core 28 in the first waist region 40 spaced from the adjacent end edge 46 of the diaper by a distance A of 5.0 cm and the other waist edge 59 of the absorbent core 28 in the second waist region 42 spaced from the adjacent end edge 46 of the diaper by a distance of 3A (i.e., 15.0 cm).
