Appeal No. 2004-2292 Application No. 09/747,537 consists of claims 1-7, 9, 10 and 12-18. Group 2 consists of claims 19-30, 33, 35, 37 and 37. However, Appellants have failed to provide arguments directed to the separate groups. Consequently, for each ground of rejection the rejected claims will stand or fall together. See 37 CFR § 1.192(c)(7)(2003)(now 37 CFR § 41.37(c)(1)(vii), effective Sept. 13, 2004; 69 Fed. Reg. 49960 (Aug. 12, 2004); 1286 Off. Gaz. Pat. Office 21 (Sept. 7, 2004)); and In re McDaniel, 293 F.3d 1379, 1383, 63 USPQ2d 1462, 1465 (Fed. Cir. 2002). OPINION Appellants’ invention relates to multilayer polymeric films and methods for producing the films. The films are high shrink films comprising a core layer and two skin layers. The skin layers incorporate a copolymer or terpolymer material. The core layer includes a polypropylene, a polymeric modifier, and a hydrocarbon resin. According to Appellants, the films exhibit excellent optics, mechanical properties and sealability. (Brief, p. 2). Claim 1, which is representative of the claimed invention, appears below: 1.
