                                  DECISION ON APPEAL                                
              This is a decision on an appeal from the primary examiner’s           
         final rejection of claims 23 through 67, which are the only claims         
         pending in this application.  We have jurisdiction pursuant to             
         35 U.S.C. § 134.                                                           
              According to appellant, the invention is directed to                  
         decorative articles with a three-dimensional character face                
         attached onto a surface of the decorative article, where the               
         decorative article may include a hair brush, a hand mirror, or             
         articles of jewelry while the three-dimensional character faces
