                     The appellant's invention relates to a dishwasher having a handle which enables                    
              a user to move the rack horizontally into and out of the dishwasher (specification, p. 2).                
              A copy of the claims under appeal is set forth in the appendix to the appellant's brief.

                     Claims 1 to 5 and 19 to 25 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 102 as being                           
              anticipated by Mason.
