DECISION ON APPEAL
This is an appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134 from the examiner’s final rejection of
claims 1, 3-6, 9-14, 16-20 and 27-30, all the claims pending in the application. Claims
2, 7, 8, 15 and 21-26 have been canceled.
Claim 1 is representative of the subject matter on appeal and reads as follows:
1. Hollow vesicles comprising membranes formed from amphiphilic
copolymers having hydrophobic and hydrophilic segments, wherein the
copolymers are ABA copolymers, and wherein one of A and B is hydrophobic
and the other is hydrophilic.
