We remand this application to the examiner to consider
whether the combined teachings of Farnworth and the acknowledged
known multi-chip modules (appellant’s specification, paragraph
[0005) on page 3) would have been suggestive of the claimed
invention.

anticipation rejection on appeal, and has remanded the
application to the examiner for the reason given above.
