                                  DECISION ON APPEAL                                  
               This is a decision on an appeal which involves claims 56-97.           
               The subject matter on appeal relates to a paper product.               
          This appealed subject matter is adequately illustrated by                   
          independent claim 64 which reads as follows:                                
               64.  A paper product made by a method comprising:                      
               creating a fiber slurry comprising water, cellulosic fibers,           
               and an adsorbable chemical additive;                                   
               dewatering the fiber slurry to remove unadsorbed chemical              
               additive; and                                                          
               redispersing the fibers with fresh water.
