The prior art references relied upon by the examiner in rejecting the appealed claims are: Ho 5,593,219 Jan. 14, 1997 Sands et al. (Sands) 5,691,504 Nov. 25, 1997 Crowley 5,963,432 Oct. 5, 1999 Claims 16 through 18, 21, 23, 25, 26 and 28 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 102(b) as anticipated by or in the alternative, under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as being unpatentable over Sands. Claims 22, 30 and 31 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as being unpatentable over Sands.
