unpatentable over the combination of Peiker and Cramer.
(5) Claims 11-15 are rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as being unpatentable over
the combination of Peiker and Sorensen.
(6) Claims 16-19 are rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as being unpatentable over
the combination of Peiker, Sorensen and Cramer.
(7) Claims 20-23, 26-28, 38-42 and 45-47 are rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as
being unpatentable over the combination of Peiker and Pickard.
