DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on appeal from the final rejection of claims 9-20, 36, 37,

reference to representative independent claim 9, reproduced as follows:
9. An integrated circuit voltage ramp generator produced using CMOS
technology and comprising:
a capacitance; and
