Appeal No. 2005-2272 Application 09/791,656 images of the area in front of the vehicle as well as images of the operator of the vehicle. Representative claim 1 is reproduced as follows: 1. An observation and recording system for an airplane comprising: camera means carried by the airplane, said camera means being directed at the airspace in front of the airplane and the pilot of the airplane and means for recording images of the airspace in front of the airplane and of the pilot of the airplane observed by said camera means. The examiner relies on the following references: Lee 5,742,336 Apr. 21, 1998 Joao 5,917,405 Jun. 29, 1999 Claims 1-9 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a). As evidence of obviousness the examiner offers Joao in view of Lee. Rather than repeat the arguments of appellant or the examiner, we make reference to the brief and the answer for the respective details thereof. OPINION We have carefully considered the subject matter on appeal, the rejection advanced by the examiner and the evidence of obviousness relied upon by the examiner as support for the rejection.
