entitled to a patent containing claims 16-27 of application 10/081,291 (See Paper - at
82);
FURTHER ORDERED that, if there is a settlement agreement, the parties
are directed to 35 USC § 135(c) and Bd.R. 205;
FURTHER ORDERED that a copy of this judgment shall be entered into
the administrative records of Raspanti's 5,658,973 patent and Gugumus' 10/081,291
