4 FURTHER ORDERED that junior party BRIAN THOMAS O’NEILL,
5 JOTHAM WADSWORTH COE, and CHRISTOPHER J. O’DONNELL is not entitled to
6 a patent containing claims 1-4, 9, 11-13 (corresponding to Count 1) of U.S. Patent
7 6,809,094.
8 FURTHER ORDERED that the parties shall direct attention to 35 U.S.C.
9 § 135(c) and Bd.R. 41.205(a) regarding the filing of settlement agreements.
