3 containing claims 98-105 of application 09/643,658, which claims correspond to Count 1, the
4 sole count of the interference;
5 FURTHER ORDERED that a copy of this judgment shall be entered into the
6 administrative records of Zsebo’s 09/643,658 application and Besmer’s 5,935,565 patent; and

8 FURTHER ORDERED that the conference call scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on

10 29 June 2006 is CANCELLED.
